Visit Landmark Park
Exciting family oriented activities await you and your family at Landmark Park. The 150-acre park is a perfect place to enjoy a picnic, take a stroll along an elevated boardwalk, hike a nature trail, learn about stars or see an 1890’s living history farm. Special events take place throughout the year. Memberships are available, and classroom and homeschool teachers are encouraged to register for field classes at Landmark Park. Several areas of the park are also available for rent for your own special occasion.
Giftshop
Located in the park’s Interpretive Center, our giftshop features nature-related items such as books, toys, rocks, minerals, astronomy guides and more.
Monday – Saturday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday: Noon – 5 p.m.
Martin Drugstore
Visit the Martin Drugstore and enjoy a milkshake, malt, ice cream or soft drink from our operating soda fountain. Enjoy the large display of drugstore items, including old medicines, tonics and health care products.
Wednesday – Saturday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Digitarium Planetarium
Learn about the night sky by visiting Landmark Park’s Digitarium Planetarium. Inside the planetarium you can enjoy special full-dome (360 degree) videos as well as simulations of the current night sky.
Friday: 3:30 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3:30 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m., 3:30 p.m.
Monday: 3:30 p.m.

Alabama Agricultural Museum
The Alabama Museum of Agriculture is located at Landmark Park. This museum features artifacts interpreting life on the farm in the 1890s. There is also a gift shop.
