Landmark Park’s Victorian-style Gazebo measures 30’x30′ and is situated on a grassy lawn adjacent t several turn-of-the-century buildings. This unique setting provides a one-of-a-kind location for outdoor weddings, church picnics, and other social gatherings.

Included with Your Rental:

• Thirty 6-foot portable benches
• Electrical outlets at the lattice fence behind the Gazebo
• Entry for your guests

Rental Fees

• $300 for one-day rental on Monday through Saturday (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.); $300 for Sunday (noon – 5:00 p.m.).
• A signed contract is required to reserve your date.
• At the end of the rental, the visitor is required to vacate the premises, leaving them clean, in good repair, excepting fair wear and tear and in the same condition as prior to occupancy of the premises. If premises are damaged or in need of professional service additional fees may apply. This rental reservation and payment serves as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Fine Print

• Park does not provide setup.
• Parking is allowed in designated areas only.
• No smoking inside buildings.
• Beer and wine may be served after park hours only. Landmark Park strictly controls all distribution of alcohol. Ask for alcohol policy for details.
• Anything involving fire must be approved in advance.
• No glitter, crepe paper spray, spray streamers, wax candles, nails, staples, screws, glue, or tape allowed.
• Throwing of rice or confetti for weddings is prohibited. The use of birdseed is recommended.
• Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations more than six months prior to the event lose down payment; cancellations less than six to two months prior to event lose fifty percent of total rental fee; cancellations one month or less before the event lose 100 percent of total rental fee.
